International Business Leaders Forum

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF) was an independent, nonprofit global members' organisation of multinational companies that worked with business, government and civil society, focusing on sustainability, growth, and leadership issues.

The International Business Leaders Forum is no longer in operation. Several programmes initiated by the organisation continue its work. These include The Partnering Initiative now an independent, not-for-profit global organisation dedicated to unleashing the power of partnership for development.

History[]

IBLF was founded in 1990 by HRH The Prince of Wales, Robert Davies, and a group of chief executives of international companies in response to the emerging challenges of economic growth and change in the global economy.

IBLF worked with multinational companies including Coca Cola Enterprises, Shell, Accenture, and Diageo.

The IBLF ceased to operate in October 2013. It was then refounded as IBLF Global.[1]
