Ipso Facto is a studio album by the Canadian rock guitarist Rik Emmett , released in 1992. It was Emmett's second solo studio album .
The album was certified gold in the US by the RIAA , with sales of over 500,000 copies, on April 24, 1993[citation needed ] and Platinum, with sales of over one million copies, on July 27, 1999[citation needed ] .
