Vic Damone recorded it in 1946 and it was subsequently included in the album "Young Vic".[5]

Perry Como included it on his 1955 RCA Victor album So Smooth.

The barbershop quartet PACIFICAIRES recorded it in 1971 as the title track on their album It's A Great Day.

The song was also sung on November 8, 1963 by Judy Garland on The Judy Garland Show and included in the album "Just for Openers".[8]

It was also lip-synch performed by Susan Hayward portraying injured vocalist Jane Froman in the 1952 musical biopic With a Song in My Heart, with the non-singer Hayward's vocal recorded by Froman herself.

It has been most recently recorded by Susie Arioli for her 2004 album "That's for Me".[9]
