Ippolito "Ito" Giani (8 September 1941 – 28 September 2018)[1] was an Italian sprinter.

Biography[]

From 1963 to 1967 he took part in 20 international competitions,[2] including the 1964 Summer Olympics,[3] and won six medals.[4] Domestically Giani won the 200 m Italian title in 1967.[5]
