Hans-Jürgen Sundermann (born 25 January 1940) is a German former football manager and player who played as a midfielder.

Playing career[]

Sundermann appeared in 29 matches in the Bundesliga for Hertha BSC in the mid-1960s.[1]

He won one cap for the West Germany national team in March 1960.[2]

Coaching career[]

Among other accomplishments the coach won promotion to the Bundesliga with VfB Leipzig in the 1992–93 2. Bundesliga.
