J.R. Perrett

J.R. Perret was the head of Elswick Ordnance Company in the early twentieth century. His warship designs included the Brazilian Minas Geraes-class battleships and Rio de Janeiro (later HMS Agincourt), and the Chilean Almirante Latorre-class battleships.
