JRY Trust

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The JRY Trust (formerly JRY Corporation), was headed by John Harrington and was set up after the death of Jean Yawkey in 1992 due to her interest in the Boston Red Sox. In December 2001, the trust sold the Red Sox to John Henry and his group of investors, now known as Fenway Sports Group, with the sale becoming official in February 2002.
