Jacques Bilodeau

Jacques Bilodeau is a Canadian former diplomat. He was concurrently High Commissioner to The Gambia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Cape Verde, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Mauritania and Senegal then to Luxembourg and Belgium.
