Jaden Michaels (born October 16, 1992 in Davenport, Iowa) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. In her career as a songwriter, she has collaborated with some of pop music's biggest stars, including Jennifer Lopez, Demi Lovato,[1] Carly Rae Jepsen, Jessica Mauboy, Robin Thicke, Jordin Sparks, Lea Michele, Naya Rivera,[2][3] and Cher Lloyd. Both in 2012[4][5] and 2013, Michaels co-wrote one of the songs performed on the season finale of American Idol, with the latter becoming season 12 champion Candice Glover's debut single "I Am Beautiful."[6] Her songwriting work on Carly Rae Jepsen's album Kiss received the 2013 Juno Award for "Album of the Year."[7][failed verification] She was professionally represented by Pulse Recording. She is the older sister of American singer and songwriter Julia Michaels.

She released her single “Behave” October 26, 2018. The "Behave" music video release was the first ever joint Music Video premiere with CMT and Apple Music.[9]

Michaels gave birth to a baby girl Maelynn Jane Ritz on October 15, 2019.
