Jaggi

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Jaggi's are one of the largest and most widely distributed Jat tribes in the Panjab. Jaggi can be either a given name or a surname. One origin appears to be a modification of the name "Jacis", which is found on a Swiss tax roll dating to 1368, where a family relationship has been established between people bearing the Jacis and Jaggi names.[1]
