Carlos Javier Weber (born 6 January 1966) is an Argentine volleyball coach and former volleyball player, former member of the Argentine national volleyball team. He represented his native country at the Olympic Games in: Seoul 1988, Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000, winning a bronze medal in 1988. He also took part in five World Championship editions (1986, 1990, 1994, 1998, 2002). At the professional club level, he is a two–time Brazilian Champion (1998, 1999).

The current head coach of Indykpol AZS Olsztyn, PlusLiga.[1]

Personal life[]

Javier Weber was born in Buenos Aires. Weber began playing volleyball at the age of 16 in the local club, River Plate. He has a son named Martín, who is also a volleyball player.
