Jay Vine (born 16 November 1995) is an Australian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Alpecin–Fenix.[5]

In December 2020, Vine was initially announced to be joining UCI Continental team ARA Pro Racing Sunshine Coast for the 2021 season.[6] However, as a result of winning the Zwift Academy program, he earned a professional contract with Belgian UCI ProTeam Alpecin–Fenix.[3][4] He was named in August 2021 to the team's start list for the Vuelta a España.
