College career[]
During her freshman season, Shelley averaged 6.3 points and 1.5 assists backing up Sabrina Ionescu on Oregon’s Pac-12 championship team. During a victory over UC Riverside on 16 December 2019, Shelley set the program record with 10 made 3-pointers (10-for-14) while scoring a career-high 32 points.[1]
After shooting 42 percent behind the arc as a freshman, Shelley made just 33.3 percent of her threes as a sophomore. Yet, she was limited due to injuries.[1] She averaged 4.0 points and 1.9 assists in 22 games (11 starts) in her last season and helped her team reach the Sweet 16 of the 2021 NCAA Division I Basketball Tournament.[1]
In April 2021, Shelley announced that she would transfer to Nebraska.[1]
