Jeżów Sudecki (German: Grunau) is a village in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Jeżów Sudecki.

Jeżów Sudecki is one of the places considered as the "birthplace of the sport of gliding".[2]

It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) north of Jelenia Góra, and 94 km (58 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 1,800.
