Jelena Jovčić is a Serbian documentary filmmaker.[1]
Biography[]
As a director, cinematographer and editor, Jovčić produces documentaries and promo films[2] She is an associate of the Ethnographic Museum in Belgrade on projects in the areas of documentary film and over the last four years has been the editor of the International Film Festival of Ethnological Film.
Recognition[]
In the field of ethnology, she is the winner of the Borivoje Drobnjaković Award 2002 for the work "Vampire movies as a communication phenomenon“.[3] including the Alternative Film Festival Award and the Terminal00 Festival Award. Her films include Lucky Draw and Day of Youth.
