James McGeough (born April 13, 1963 in Regina, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey player. His brother was former NHL referee Mick McGeough. He is the father of two girls. Lauren Wilson-McGeough and Maggie Wilson-McGeough

Drafted in 1981 by the Washington Capitals, McGeough also played for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
