Jim Waterson

James Waterson (born March 1989) is an English journalist who is the media editor of The Guardian.[1] Waterson’s first job was covering politics and business on City A.M. before becoming Buzzfeed's British political editor from 2013 to 2018.[2][3]

He has presented Week in Westminster on BBC Radio 4,[4] and appeared on the Moral Maze in February 2017.[5]

Early life[]

Waterson was born in York.[6] He graduated from Jesus College, Oxford in 2011, with a degree in History.[7] He represented the college on the 2009–10 series of University Challenge.[8]

Personal life[]

In 2017, Waterson was reported as being in a relationship with the journalist Jess Brammar.[9]
