Joe Hawkins is a Welsh rugby union player, currently playing for Pro14 side Ospreys. His preferred position is centre.[1]

Hawkins has represented Wales at U20 level.[2] He was named in the Ospreys side for Round 4 of the 2020–21 Pro14 against Zebre.[3]
