John W. Douglass (IRS Commissioner)

John W. Douglass was a Commissioner of Internal Revenue at the Internal Revenue Service in the United States. His state was Pennsylvania.[1]

Douglass served as acting IRS Commissioner from November 1, 1870, to January 2, 1871, and as IRS Commissioner from August 9, 1871, to May 14, 1875.[1]
