Jowzjan University (Persian: پوهنتون جوزجان) is located in Jowzjan province, northern Afghanistan.[1][2][3] Founded in 2002, Jawzjan University is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Sheberghan (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Jowzjan.[4] JU also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, as well as administrative services.[4]
