The Jules Frere House is a historic house located at 2404 Sunrise Boulevard in Fort Pierce, Florida. It is locally significant as one of the best examples of the Spanish Colonial Revival style in Fort Pierce, maintaining its original qualities exceptionally well.

Description and history[]

The front of the 1+12-story house is situated facing west and is dominated by a projecting gabled wing that, leading into a striking series of leaded stained glass French doors, set in arched windows and other accents, leading to a shallow balcony with a wrought-iron bannister on its perimeter. The rear elevation is comparatively plain, characterized by a low-pitched V-shaped roof. A rear door and stoop are located at the south end of this elevation. A projecting window-box has replaced an original window adjacent to the door. The remaining window on this elevation is a paired casement window

Completed in 1931, the house was designed and constructed by local merchant Jules Frere as his residence.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 20, 1995.
