Jumaat Haji Adam

Jumaat Haji Adam (born 1956) is a botanist and taxonomist specialising in the carnivorous pitcher plant genus Nepenthes.

Adam has described numerous Nepenthes taxa, mostly with C. C. Wilcock, including the species N. faizaliana^[1] and N. mapuluensis,^[2] as well as the natural hybrids N. × alisaputrana,^[3] N. × sarawakiensis,^[4] and N. × sharifah-hapsahii.^{[citation needed]}

The standard author abbreviation J.H.Adam is used to indicate this person as the author when citing a botanical name.^[5]
