Justin K. Price (born December 29, 1964) is an American politician and is a Republican member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives. Justin represents the people of District 39, which includes Exeter, Hopkinton, and Richmond, Rhode Island and took office in January 2015.[1] After defeating Michael J. Picillo in the primary,[2] Justin went on to defeat Larry Valencia in the 2014 general election.[3]

Price now serves on the Judiciary, Rules and Small Business committees. Price previously served on the following committees: Environmental and Natural Resources; Health, Education and Welfare; Municipal Government. Price is also the Co-Chairman of the Republican Policy Group.

On January 6, 2021, Price was present at the attack on the United States Capitol but did not enter the building.[4]

Pointing to Price's refusal to wear a mask at his 2021 swearing in (during the COVID-19 pandemic in Rhode Island), and his amplification of conspiracy theories that resulted in the capitol attack, some Rhode Island Democrats called for Price to resign.[5]
