Juwai IQI is a privately held real estate sales and media company created by the merger of IQI and Juwai.com.[1][2][3] Under its IQI brand, the company sells real estate in 15 countries.[4] Under its Juwai Limited brand, it markets international real estate from more than 90 countries to Chinese buyers on Juwai.com and to Asian buyers on Juwai.asia.

Juwai.com and IQI announced their merger in July 2019. Juwai.com was founded in 2011 in Hong Kong SAR.[5] IQI was founded in 2011 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2020, Juwai IQI's IQI brand merged with the RINA Group of Malaysia,[6] and expanded into India,[7] Singapore[8] and Pakistan.[9]
