K J Manoj Lal

K J Manoj Lal (Date of Birth: 16 May 1978) is an Indian Olympics athlete[1] from Kerala. He was coached by Thankachan Mathew and represented India at Sydeny Olympics in the year 2000. He did 400 meters in 46.01 seconds.[2][3] This was bested later by Kerala's K M Binu who did it in 45.59 seconds.[4] K J Manoj Lal also won sliver medals at 2000 Asian Athletics Championships and 2002 Asian Games for 4 x 400 m Relay.[5]
