Kais Yâakoubi, also written Kais Yakoubi (Arabic: قيس اليعقوبي; born 18 July 1966) is a Tunisian former footballer[1] and the current manager of JS Saoura.[2]

He was capped 14 times for Tunisia[3] and was also a squad member for the 1988 Olympics.
