Kami-Nagatoro Station (上長瀞駅, Kami-Nagatoro-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the town of Minano, Saitama, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Chichibu Railway.

Lines[]

Kami-Nagatoro Station is served by the 71.7 km Chichibu Main Line from Hanyū to Mitsumineguchi, and is located 47.6 km from Hanyū.[1]

Station layout[]

The station is staffed and consists of one side platform and one island platform serving three tracks in total. Track 3 is a bidirectional line normally used by freight services only.[2]

History[]

The station opened on 29 December 1915, initially as Kunikami Station (国神駅).[1] The station was renamed Kami-Nagatoro from 15 May 1928.[1]

In fiscal 2018, the station was used by an average of 263 passengers daily.[3]
