Kamienna [kaˈmjɛnna] (German: Steingrund) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bystrzyca Kłodzka, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) east of Bystrzyca Kłodzka, 19 kilometres (12 mi) south-east of Kłodzko, and 96 kilometres (60 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The village has a population of 90.
