Karakó is a village in Vas county, Hungary.

Etymology[]

The name comes from Slavic Krakov, see also Krakov (Czech Republic), Kraków (Poland) or Krakovany (Slovakia).[3][4] 1156/1412 in parochia Crocoyensy.[4]
