Karl Hanover is an Irish actor now living in the United States. He graduated from the National Theatre Conservatory in Denver. Regionally he has worked with the Denver Center Theatre Company,[1] CalShakes, Berkeley Rep, and the San Francisco and Philadelphia Shakespeare Festivals. He is involved in the original work Expedition 6, written and directed by Bill Pullman.

Hanover is the voice actor for the character Atlas in the video games BioShock and BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea. He also voices Frank Fontaine in BioShock 2 and Burial at Sea.[2]

In 2014, he completed his first young adult novel Guardians of the Underworld.
