Plot[]

Justice Rajeswari Devi (Sharada) is a righteous person. She lives with her two younger brothers Mohan (Chandra Mohan) and Ravi (Nandamuri Balakrishna). Ravi always stands up for what's right and works for the poor people in his area for which he takes the law into his own hands. He also confronts MP Chandra Shekar Rao (Gollapudi Maruti Rao) and MLA Kunti Kanakayya (Allu Ramalingaiah) for their misdeeds and they become his enemies. However, Rajeswari Devi does not approve of anyone taking the law into their own hands and therefore, a disagreement of principles starts between her and Ravi. Ravi is in love with Padma (Vijayashanti) who is the daughter of Kanakaiah. Meanwhile, Mohan becomes wayward and indulges in all sorts of vices. He becomes acquainted with a club dancer named Saroja (Swapna). Saroja's father Seshu (Devadas Kanakala) holds a grudge against Mohan and his family as he is the estranged husband of Rajeswari Devi. During the election, it appears that Chandra Shekar Rao's will be defeated as people have become aware of his misdeeds. To gain the public's trust, he gets his son Raghu (Balaji) married to the poor Saraswathi (Rajyalakshmi) who is the daughter of labor union leader Edukondalu (P.L. Narayana). This helps him regain people's trust and his political career comes back on track. Chandra Shekar Rao wants to build a hotel in the labor colony but his plan is opposed by Edukondalu. So, he murders Saraswathi with the help of his son Raghu, making it look like an accident. When the case goes to the court, Rajeswari Devi is forced to find them not guilty as there is no proof that it was a murder and not an accident. Chandra Shekar Rao and Seshu join with a miscreant named King Kong (Paruchuri Gopala Krishna). They manage to entrap Mohan with a maid named Kotamma (Shymala Gowri) and blackmail Rajeswari Devi. But she counters their plan by getting Mohan and Kotamma married. Having failed in their plan to disgrace Rajeswari Devi's family, they murder Kotamma and put the blame on Mohan. Saroja bears witness against Mohan. Rajeswari Devi resigns as a judge and takes up her brother's case as a lawyer. Meanwhile, Ravi tries to solve the mystery on his own. He makes Saroja see that Rajeswari Devi is not who her father has made her think she is. She realizes her mistake and gives evidence to clear Mohan's name. But the case doe not look good for Mohan and it appears he is about to be sentenced to death for the murder of his wife. So, Ravi kidnaps Raghu to put pressure on Chandra Shekar Rao. Meanwhile, King Kong conspires and kills Saroja. Rajeswari Devi finally realizes that sometimes justice cannot be gained through only the straightforward way. She allows Ravi to get justice in his own manner. Ravi manages to eliminate their enemies and Mohan is proven to be not guilty.
