Katharina Schroth (February 22, 1894 – February 19, 1985) was a schoolteacher and rehabilitation specialist who helped develop the , a treatment for scoliosis. With the help of her daughter Christa Lehnert-Schroth, she developed a method to correct her moderate form of scoliosis using breathing techniques to inflate into the concave side of the body while looking in a mirror.[1]
