Kathryn E. Freed (born October 25, 1946) is a former American judge who served as a New York Supreme Court Justice from 2012 to 2021.[1][2]

She served on the New York City Council from the 1st district from 1992 to 2001.[3][4] She served as a Criminal Court judge from 2004 to 2005 and as a judge in the Civil Court of the City of New York from 2006 to 2011.[1]
