Kathy Kreag Richardson (born April 28, 1956) was a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives representing the 29th District from 1993 to 2018. Her House Bill 1283 dealing with libraries was amended in 2012 to declare the Grouseland Rifle the official state rifle.[3] In December 2017, Richardson announced that she would not be running for reelection in 2018,[4] but would seek the office of Hamilton County Clerk of the Circuit Court.[5] She previously served as Clerk of the Circuit Court from 1984 to 1991.[6]
