Katsuhisa Hōki (宝亀克寿, Hōki Katsuhisa, born October 30, 1946) is a Japanese actor and voice actor from Nagasaki Prefecture. He is affiliated with Aoni Production.[1] His real name is Katsuaki Hōki (箒克朗, Hōki Katsuaki). He is best known for his roles in Transformers: Armada (as Smokescreen), Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (as Teppei Hōjō), and One Piece (as Gekko Moriah and Jimbei).
