Kazemi, Kazimi, Kazmi, al-Kadhimi (Arabic: کاظمی Kadhimi) is a surname found most commonly in Iran, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.

The surname can be linked back to Imam Musa al-Kadhim, thus the lineage belongs to the Sayyid community. The same lineage sometimes used the alternative name Mousavi (surname).
