Kenneth Thad Bibb Jr.[1] is a United States Air Force major general who serves as the commander of the Eighteenth Air Force. Previously, he was the director of strategic plans, programs, requirements, and analyses of the Air Force Materiel Command.[2][3][4][5][6]
