Kenta Izumi (泉 健太, Izumi Kenta, born 29 July 1974) is a Japanese politician from Kibō no Tō (Party of Hope) and a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Sapporo and graduate of Ritsumeikan University, he was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 2003 after an unsuccessful run in 2000.

He currently represents the Kyoto 3rd district.
