Game play[]

The main feature of the game consist of a single or two player, this includes elements similar to that of the Street Fighter series with basic moves and special attacks. Characters are presented in scaled down SD form. Since this is a Transformers game, players have the ability to transform from robot to beast at will. The character's current mode will determine their special attacks.

Bonus is primarily fun mini games that the player can play for extras. In the beginning the player only has access to two of the extras in the extras menu. Players can access more mini games by earning codes in Japanese which they enter in the password screen.
