Khoy Thoun

Khoy Thoun (Khmer: កុយ ធួន, 1933–1977) was a Cambodian politician, intellectual and a member of the Central Committee of Khmer Rouge.[1][2][3] He was arrested at the S-21 security camp and later executed in 1977.
