Kingsley School, Bideford is a co-educational independent school situated in Bideford, Devon. In September 2019 the school was purchased by KSI, a new educational company linked to China First Capital Group.[1][2]

In January 2017, Pete Last replaced Simon Woolcott as headmaster of the senior school. He applied many changes to the school, leading it to a highly successful ISI inspection result in May 2019. He also led during the transition period into the hands of the school's new owners after the decision made by the Trustees of MIST (The Methodist Independent Schools' Trust) to sell the school. In February 2020, Last left the school and Gill Jackson took over as head of the senior school.

Kingsley School was formed in January 2009 from a merger of Grenville College and Edgehill College.

Grenville College was founded in 1954 as an Anglican boys' school and in 1994 merged with Stella Maris convent school (Roman Catholic), becoming co-educational. Edgehill College was founded in 1884 by the Bible Christian Church.
