Kipruto Rono Arap Kirwa

Kipruto Rono Arap Kirwa born 1957, is a Kenyan politician. He was the Cherangany Constituency member of parliament at the National Assembly of Kenya for approximately two decades and served as minister for Agriculture during president Mwai Kibaki tenure. He served as IGAD Special Envoy to Somalia Peace and National Reconciliation between 2008 and 2012.[1] Holds two master's degrees; Master of Science in applied management and leadership (MSc) from the Management University of Africa and Master of Arts (MA) degree in international studies from The University of Nairobi. He is currently a student at The University of Nairobi pursuing studies leading to PhD in international studies.
