Komal Sharma is an Indian film actress and model.[1]

Early life[]

Sharma was born in Chennai, India, the youngest among her four siblings. She earned her Bachelor of Computer Applications from Sri Kanyaka Parameswari College for women, Chennai. She earned her Doctorate in 2018. She joined the Squash Racquets Federation of India (SRFI) and won several junior and senior National Squash championships. She even completed the 21 km Chennai Marathon.

Career[]

Sharma has endorsed various brands. She won Miss Metropolis 2011, Sunsilk Miss Tamil Nadu, Lux Miss Beautiful Skin of Tamil Nadu, Lux Miss Beautiful Skin of South India, IBIBO I Fresh Face of South India and was twice crowned Miss Tamil Nadu in two different events.[2]

In 2013, she was offered a role in S. A. Chandrasekhar's Sattapadi Kutram.[1][3] Before its release, she completed Oothari, directed by Shakti Krishna.[4] Sharma's third movie was Nagaraja Cholan MA, MLA directed by Manivannan. Nagaraja Cholan cholan MA, MLA is the sequel to Amaidipadai. Sharma works in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi language movies.[citation needed] Anu is a Telugu movie directed and produced by Sunil Kumar. It is Sharma's Telugu debut with co-stars Suman and Possani Ramakrishnan. Immediately after that she signed Vaigai Express in Tamil directed by Shaji Kailash. Natrinai is a Tamil movie directed and produced by Gautham Elangovan.
