Kristin Hahn (born 1969) is an American film producer and writer.

Career[]

Hahn was born in Omaha, Nebraska and later moved to New Mexico.

At the age of 15, being raised by her mother, she watched many movies and became interested in becoming a storyteller. At 18, she moved to Los Angeles.[1]

While she was a film student at University of Southern California,[2] she also worked for Bob Ellison as his assistant for 3 years, where she learned about writing.[3]

After writing two books, Jennifer Aniston pushed her to come back to Los Angeles to produce films.

In 2008, she and Jennifer Aniston formed the production company Echo Films.[4] Kristin Hahn also has another production company that she created in 2015 named Hahnscape Entertainment.[5]

Personal life[]

Until 1996, she lived with Jennifer Aniston in Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles.[6] They stay close friends and she was a bridesmaid at Aniston's 2000 wedding to Brad Pitt.

In 1999, she gave birth to her son.[6]
