Krośnica [krɔɕˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krościenko nad Dunajcem, within Nowy Targ County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the border with Slovakia.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) west of Krościenko nad Dunajcem, 24 km (15 mi) east of Nowy Targ, and 76 km (47 mi) south of the regional capital Kraków.

The village has a population of 1,400.
