Ksenia Penkina
Ksenia Penkina (Russian: Ксения Пенкина, born 30 December 1989 in Chelyabinsk, Russia) is an Instagram Influencer based in Vancouver, Canada. She is mostly known for her artistic and coloured desserts.

Biography[]
Penkina received her education in Switzerland, where she was introduced to pastry. She continued to develop her passion and knowledge for Patisserie,[1] and learned from the most respected Pastry Chefs and Schools around the globe.[2]
"Since I was a child I never stopped creating. I have gone through limitless amount of arts and hobbies until I found my passion in patisserie. My passion for patisserie and specifically entremets began when I saw a work of my sister – who is a pastry chef."[3][4]
Penkina first started to receive recognition for her desserts on social media in 2015. Today, known as the "Glazing Queen",[5] she teaches her worldwide Student Network through her extensive and technical Online Master Classes and Courses in Pastry Arts.[6]
In 2020, Ksenia Penkina released her third book "Theory Guide: Great Glaze doesn't start with Glaze" representing her signature approach behind the shiny glaze and balanced entremets.
Projects[]
- Collaboration with Italy’s Silikomart and release of two signature silicone moulds GEMMA and Mini-GEMMA.
- Signature brand of Haute [ōt] Food Colors, featuring a full range of both water soluble and oil soluble colors.
- Launched high end Perfume “Keep Glazed” as a collaboration with Italian company The House of Oud. Perfume & Dessert were created in mutual scent, flavour & design.[7][8]
- Collaboration with Belgium Chocolate World and release of signature CW1972 Polycarbonate Chocolate Mould, used by chocolatiers all around the globe.
