Kyle John Forgeard is a Canadian-American YouTuber, entrepreneur, and podcaster known for co-founding the channel Nelk in 2010. Forgeard currently lives in Newport Beach, California with the other members of Nelk. In 2021, he founded hard seltzer brand with John and Sam Shahidi.

Early life[]

He continued to make videos while studying film at Ryerson University in Toronto before dropping out to pursue his YouTube career.[2]

Career[]

Forgeard created the YouTube channel Nelk in 2010 alongside twins Niko and Marko Martinovic, and Lucas Gasparini.[2] Three years later, in 2013, he posted their first YouTube video titled "McDonalds Job Interview PRANK".[citation needed]

In 2015, he posted a prank video titled "Coke Prank on Cops" in which they told police officers that they had "coke" in the back of their car, leading to officers to think they were referring to cocaine when it was actually Coca-Cola.[3] This was a milestone for the channel, gaining the most views of any video up to that point and gaining international media attention. It has over 45 million views as of August 2021.
