LAT Images is a British-based motoring photographic agency, part of Motorsport Images division of Motorsport Network.[1]

History[]

Established in the 1960s as London Art Technical, the company covers major motorsport competitions such as the Formula One, World Rally Championship, 24 Hours of Le Mans, British Touring Car Championship, NASCAR Cup Series, IndyCar Series and Grand Prix motorcycle racing, and provides pictures for magazines and websites like Autosport, Autocar, F1 Racing, RACER, and Motor Sport.

LAT has a motoring and motor sport picture collection with over 18 million images, 500,000 of which are hosted in their website.

LAT is headed by photographer Steven Tee.

For many years, the company was owned by Teesdale until 1996, when the company (and LAT) was bought by Haymarket.

In 2016, the Haymarket Group sold their motorsport properties to Motorsport Network, including LAT.

Under Motorsport Network, LAT Images grown by acquiring Sutton Images[2] and Rainer Schlegelmilch archive.

In 2018, LAT was integrated into Motorsport Images, although the LAT brand still exists.
