LCC International University is a nationally and internationally recognized liberal arts institution in the city of Klaipėda, Lithuania. Established in 1993 by a joint venture of Lithuanian, Canadian and American foundations, LCC has distinguished itself in the region by offering a unique, future-oriented style of education and an interactive academic environment. The LCC education places broad-based education within the context of a Christian academic community in order to extend education beyond the classroom. As a part of LCC's vision to prepare students to participate actively in the life of their home communities, the role of each individual in the building of society is emphasized through active participation in community projects and practica.

The Republic of Lithuania recognizes LCC as a Bachelor's and master's degrees granting university. Study Programs[]

Students at LCC International University enroll in six bachelor programs of study: International Business Administration, English Language and Literature, Psychology, Theology, Contemporary Communication and International Relations and Development. LCC also offers two Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and International Management program in partnership with Taylor University (Indiana, USA).

University Community[]

The current student enrollment is 650 (33% from Lithuania, 67% International), who come from more than 50 countries. Each semester about 35 Study Abroad students come to LCC from North American universities. One-third of LCC faculty are Lithuanian while two-thirds are from Western Europe, Canada and the United States.
