Brittany Rae Steding is an American professional wrestler currently signed to Impact Wrestling under the ring name Lady Frost. Steding is the granddaughter of wrestler Tony Marino.[1]

Professional wrestling career[]

WWE (2018)[]

Steding made her professional wrestling debut at WWE on the March 26, 2018 episode of Raw, under the ring name "Jamie Frost", where she lost to Asuka in a squash match.[4]

All Elite Wrestling (2020)[]

Frost made her debut at All Elite Wrestling (AEW) during the November 24, 2020 episode of AEW Dark, where she alongside Jennacide lost to the team of Diamante and Ivelisse.[5] She made another appearance on the following week's episode, where she lost to Red Velvet.[6]

National Wrestling Alliance (2021)[]

On August 7, 2021, National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) confirmed that Frost would appear on their pay-per-view NWA EmPowerrr, where she would participate in the NWA Women's Invitational Cup Gauntlet, which would be the main event.[7] At the event, Frost was eliminated by Debbie Malenko during the match.[8] On August 29 at NWA 73rd Anniversary Show, Frost, alongside the NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions The Hex (Allysin Kay and Marti Belle), defeated the team of Jennacide, Paola Mayfield, and Taryn Terrell during the pre-show.[9]

Independent circuit (2018–present)[]

Steding begun her independent career as a valet of her real-life husband Victor Benjamin.[1] Later, the two would wrestle as a tag team under the name "Pretty Proper", as Steding adapted the ring name "Lady Frost".[1] On September 15, 2018, Frost had her first title match when she challenged LuFisto for her Rogue Women Warriors Championship at Atomic Championship Wrestling (ACW), but was unsuccessful.[10]

In March 2019, Frost made her Chikara's debut, where she participated at the annual Chikara Young Lions Cup.[1] On November 2, Frost made her debut at Shimmer Women Athletes during the tapings of Volume 114, where she defeated Jenna Lynn in a dark match.[11] She later lost in the tapings of Volume 115 to Thunderkitty, which was filmed on the same day.[11]

In 2021, Frost won her first title in wrestling, defeating Heather Monroe to become Hurricane Pro Wrestling's women's champion.[1]

Impact Wrestling (2021–present)[]

Frost made her debut at Impact Wrestling during the televised show which aired on July 8, 2021, as she answered the Impact Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo's open challenge for her title, however, was unsuccessful as she lost by submission.[12] On September 28, Impact announced that Frost would compete at the Knockouts Knockdown Tournament.[13] At the event, Frost was eliminated during the first round after losing to Rachael Ellering.[13] During the December 9 episode of Impact!, after Frost defeated Kimber Lee, it was revealed that she became an official Knockout, and was announced the first entrant of the inaugural Knockouts Ultimate X match, at Hard to Kill.[14]

On January 8, 2022, at Hard to Kill, Frost participated at the Knockouts Ultimate X match, which was won by Tasha Steelz.[15] On the January 20 episode of Before the Impact (BTI), Frost challenged Jordynne Grace for the Impact Digital Media Championship, but was unsuccessful.[16]

Steding is married to a fellow professional wrestler "The Savage Gentleman" Victor Benjamin.[17][1]
